We will not provide any information regarding any Online Order or in-store purchase to any person unless that person is the person named on the receipt for the Online Order or in-store purchase, or if the person named on the receipt sends us an email from the email registered to that Online Order or in-store purchase authorising another person/s to request and/or receive such information, or we are required to by law, or as reasonably required for us to report a crime or criminal activity to a government agency or department.
